“ I have visited twice and the food is delicious! It's a very down to earth kind professional clean environment and the aroma of the food greets you at the door. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcome. The baked chicken is exceptional! The fried chicken is as well. And don't get me started about the iced tea!! Delicious! I recommend to anyone looking for a good meal that feels like home. All and all it was great and I will be visiting them again. I suggest you do the same! ”

“ My husband and I decided to try this place for Juneteenth and I'm sooo glad that we did!! I got the whiting plate with mac & cheese and fried okra. EVERYTHING was good - the fried fish was some of the best I've had, mac & cheese literally tasted "just like momma's" and even the pieces of bread that it came with was good! The location could be a little better - the air was not working well that day - but I pray that, once people discover how AMAZING the food is, that the business will continue to elevate. “ I went to try this place out Saturday for the first time. The customer service was wonderful. The food was amazing! I tried turkey wings, collard greens with mac and cheese. My friend had beef tips, rice, collard greens, mac and cheese. The owner took our order and brought the food to the car fresh and hot. It's hard to find great customer service and great food these days. This establishment has both. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to go back. ”
“ I stopped by here one time about a week ago and couldn’t stop thinking about them so I went back yesterday! My first visit I got the beef tips and rice with macaroni and candied yams, and wow was it all sooo good. This time around I got the turkey wings with the same side and was not disappointed at all, the meat fell right off the bone and the seasoning and taste was perfect! I got their in house made kool-aid which was also very good. The people working there are very nice and explain the menu to you. They even bring the food out to your car, I will be returning soon with more people! ”

The fried chicken was nice and crispy, fresh and hot. The mac and cheese was delicious. The collard greens were very good. Please stop and visit this place if you want some good soul food. The manager was awesome. She was very nice. I will definitely visit again when I come to North Carolina ”
“ I am so glad I followed the Google reviews. I went to the gas station and I was gonna go find some fast food. I checked Google, and reviews were great. The food was all great, my favorite was the Mac n cheese. The man at the register was super nice. They were delivering orders to the cars, no dine in or bathrooms were available. I didn't care, I was taking everything to go anyway. I would definitely recommend and if I'm in the area I'll stop by again. Forgot, this place has Kool-aid, like legit tasted so good Kool-aid. It reminded me of my childhood. ”
